Shipping & Returns

Normally we deliver only in Switzerland, exceptions will be made for some products, on request. Current IT products are not delivered outside of Switzerland. The manufacturer's warranty applies only in Switzerland.

Payment methods For private and corporate customers there are currently 4 payment methods:

  • Payment with myPOSEU - credit card - no repayment in case of return- have credit (coupon value)

  • Payment with Paypal: credit card, paypal transfer - a paypal account is often required

  • Postfinance: yellow account, post-card (reserved for Swiss customers)

  • Prepayment: you can prepay the total amount of your order on our bank account (IBAN) .
    On demand,  a proforma (pdf) will be established with the exact shipping costs. You pay with the payment slip provided, or by using the IBAN number
    Please confirm your payment by e-mail to avoid delays in the execution of the order Invoice at 15 days.

  • Invoicing: For regular customers (companies only), under a credit limit: this method of payment is allowed only after the first order, and verification of your file. We reserve the right to assign this method of payment to regular customers. If necessary tel. 027 776 50 07 for verification of conditions.

In all cases, the goods remain the property of Dupuis informatique until complete payment.

Delivery method

Shipments are usually made by Swiss Post economy - parcel signature. Priority shipping may be required but can not be guaranteed for reasons of order fulfillment. The price is calculated according to the weight of the items ordered (actual cost). This price includes delivery, packing and handling charges.

Delivery delay

Orders whose products are in stock are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If the equipment is not in stock at the time of the order, the time may vary depending on the manufacturer, but usually it takes between 4 and 10 days. Depending on the case, we allow ourselves to send the goods directly by our partners. The shipping costs remaining the same, the goods thus supplied is invoiced by Dupuis Informatique.


All returns must be made by our return request form. Returned packages without a valid return number will be refused. Your return number will be sent to you by e-mail within 48 hours maximum. Returns are accepted only with original carton in new condition, manuals and complete software.

There is no right of return for personal hygiene products (dental care, razor, etc.), software and licenses, no return for all non-stock items, specially ordered for you

Faults and errors

Any transport damage must be announced immediately to the carrier. Goods delivered by mistake or in excess must be returned immediately, or at the latest within 7 days (see previous point, "Returns"). In case of no return, the goods will be charged. The return request must be made via the website, under your account

Withdrawal period

Dupuis informatique grants a withdrawal period of 5 working days from the date of delivery of products of less than CHF 200.- and undertakes to take them back, provided that they are neither damaged nor open, and in their original packaging, in particular unopened celophane packaging The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of products ordered specifically for you.
